Participants refine leadership skills, practice mentoring younger girls, and start taking initiative in projects and team activities. They learn goal-setting, problem-solving, and collaboration that prepares them to take on bigger challenges.
Our theme and leadership book for this semester is: "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" which is focused on being proactive, goal setting, confidence and building relationships.

All Supplies Included
Girls will receive everything they need to participate in the camp, including a practice mannequin, hair tools, brushes, hair ties, makeup supplies, and leadership materials used during the workshops. This allows every camper to practice new skills and gain confidence through hands-on learning.
